Well…sorry for the bitchy comments you’ve been getting…but it basically means everyone is the same in the eye of the law (if that makes sense!) so no one is “above” it, meaning no one can escape it, and no one is “below” it, so no one gets… say, a harsher punishment than someone else who does the same crime…
