When someone does ^ in text, it usually means that they agree with what the person above wrote. It’s hard to explain, really.
For example, if someone wrote, “Join arena 3!” For a Minecraft hunger games arena and I wrote, “^” I would mean it as you also want people to join arena 3 and write that instead of spamming it. Hope this helps! 🙂 I’m not very good at describing these things, but I hope it helped you understand it a little better.
The way “^” is used on the internet or even in real life is so you generally don’t have to type something out, it can be used in grids and forums etc, e.g.
General speak
Me: That film was awesome!
Friend 1: ^
Friend 2: ^^
(Sometimes it’s repeated to mean the message they agree with is that amount of messages above)
Grid form:
Day | What did you do today? | Enjoy it?|
——————————————-
Monday | Nothing | Yes |
——————————————-
Tuesday|^ | ^ |
——————————————-
Sometimes, if it’s in a grid it can be replaced with “” “”
